My mother, Helen, was admitted to Oxford Rehab and I am happy to say that she has received very good care since she arrived. The staff is friendly and attentive to my mom’s needs. We had concerns about my mom’s pain medication, and my brothers and I mentioned this matter with the staff, and it was quickly resolved. I appreciate that Oxford is willing to listen and take quick corrective action. My mom is now more comfortable and having less pain. Another thing that I am happy about is, there are no restrictions to visiting; it is nice that we can see my mom throughout the day, and I think the ability for my mom to have unlimited visits will keep her spirits up and help with her recovery. The staff is so friendly and very approachable; they never seem to tire of our questions and always seem ready to be of assistance. Thank you for being so caring of my mother’s needs!
